Approche de la phrase en didactique du japonais langue étrangère

This article presents the structure of the Japanese sentence, its specific difficulties for French-speaking learners and the answers given in Japanese as a foreign language class. Among the different pedagogical approaches in teaching Japanese, the French approach is quite faithful to the Japanese school grammar (kokugo) and starts with the identification of the constituent (bunsetsu) renamed "group". The article then details the way the different syntactic functions are approached, in particular noun modification (rentai shūshoku) and verb complementation (ren’yō shūshoku). This last point is an opportunity to rethink the case-based approach and its limits.
Cet article présente la structure de la phrase japonaise, ses difficultés spécifiques pour un public d’apprenants francophones et les réponses apportées en classe de japonais langue étrangère. Parmi les différentes approches pédagogiques en matière d’enseignement du japonais, la démarche française se distingue par une approche assez fidèle à la grammaire scolaire japonaise (kokugo) et commence par le repérage du constituant élémentaire (bunsetsu) rebaptisé « groupe ». L’article détaille ensuite la manière dont sont abordées les différentes fonctions syntaxiques et notamment la détermination du nom (rentai shūshoku) et la fonction fédératrice du noyau prédicatif. Ce dernier point est l’occasion d’une réflexion sur l’approche casuelle et ses limites.
